Each visit leaves IP address, time, page and browser in the server log. We use it to keep the site running and safe and delete it after seven days.

Messages to us

Your email and details stay with us while we handle your request and for questions that follow, and are given to no one else unless you agree.

Data of our clients' recipients

Responsibility for your data lies with the client whose mail you receive. We process your address, the mailing and the consent record on its behalf and only to deliver its mail.

Delivery status

We note whether the receiving mail server accepted a message, along with returned bounces and complaints, so lists stay clean and the acceptance of each message is on record.

Do-not-mail list

If you unsubscribe or complain, your address is kept on a do-not-mail list so the request lasts. Only the address and the time of the request are stored there. This minimal record survives an erasure request: it exists to keep your objection effective, and is removed when the client stops sending with us.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

These pages use no cookies and fetch no fonts, scripts or images from other servers.

Your rights

You can obtain information about your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, take it with you in a portable format and withdraw consent. A supervisory authority can also hear your complaint.
